Position:
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Reporting Specialist to join our team. This part-time position (50%) offers the opportunity for mobile working and requires a high degree of professionalism and precision in the creation and maintenance of our technical documentation.
Your tasks:
- Preparation of test reports: You will be responsible for writing detailed reports of test results that serve as a direct line of communication to our customers. These documents must be clear, precise and professionally designed.
- Adaptation of documentation templates: You will revise and adapt existing templates and procedural instructions to increase the efficiency and accuracy of our documentation.
- Maintaining QM documents: You will regularly review and update our quality management documentation to ensure compliance with current standards and best practices.
- Preparation of technical offers
- Creating audit reports and deriving corrective actions from non-conformities
- Submission and recording of measuring and test equipment in the tracking system
Your profile:
- Language skills: Fluency in German and English is required to create and maintain documentation in both languages.
- Specialist knowledge: Experience in creating technical documentation, ideally in testing laboratories or related technical fields.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal skills to make complex technical information understandable.
- Detail Orientation: Meticulous attention to detail is critical to the accuracy and reliability of our documentation.
- Autonomy: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
